At Culture of Care, our mission is to provide you the tools to build healthy and supportive relationships with the youth and families receiving your services. We empower your workforce with best practices and skills needed to guide families and youth to recovery, to access their best selves, uplifting the next generation from the cycles of trauma and violence.

The vision is transitioning our systems of care from a culture of crime and punishment to a culture of care: A community built to respond to mental health challenges with the right tools, rooted in collectivism, a sense of care and responsibility to one another, and developing such an intuition for care that it becomes accessible to every child and family.
